But out of thousands of units sold every year, there maybe some instances that the product you received is damaged or defective. We have the following policy for such situations:-
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You will not pay a single cent.
Exchanges will only be made with the same model - if customer upgrades or downgrades to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and new order.
RETURNS
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if damaged / defective and original shipping fee will not be refunded. Usually there should be no reason for returns, if there is any problem with the product
we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW
product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.

Shipping for portable AC's is $69-$89 per unit depending upon which portable AC you buy and Shipping and handling for a mini split Ac is $160 - $450/per unit depening upon which package you buy. Shipping and handling for Air Coolers is $35/per unit. Shipping and Handling on fragrances is $5.99/per unit. This shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE shipping promotion.
* All returns should be in original packaging and brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned. All returns and replacements must be requested within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. *
If you decide to return the product for ANY reason, you should request an RA# (Return Authorization number). For complete return instructions contact our office for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS
If you placed the order and you wanted to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and 3% credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges. If the delivery of the shipment is refused same return policy will apply. Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund us the shipping fee back and will charge us for shipping both ways, this will not be refunded if cancelled after the product is shipped and 19% restocking fee will still apply.

WARRANTY
Kingersons
Store Warranty: If anything
defective or damaged upon delivery
contact Kingersons within 15 days.
Kingersons at that point will provide
free replacement. After first 30 days,
your warranty for parts and compressor
is moved from Kingersons to the Manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranty: Once
the warranty rolls over to the manufacturer,
you will have a toll free number for
your tech support for any assistance
you may need with the product in future.
On Air Conditoners you will receive
five years on compressor and one year
on parts from them.
