But out of thousands of units sold every year, there maybe some instances that the product you received is damaged or defective. We have the following policy for such situations:-
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You will not pay a single cent.
Exchanges will only be made with the same model - if customer upgrades or downgrades to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and new order.
RETURNS
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if damaged / defective and original shipping fee will not be refunded. Usually there should be no reason for returns, if there is any problem with the product we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.
* Shipping for portable AC's is $69-$89 per unit depending upon which portable AC you buy and Shipping and handling for a mini split Ac is $160 - $450/per unit depening upon which package you buy. Shipping and handling for Air Coolers is $35/per unit. Shipping and Handling on fragrances is $5.99/per unit. This shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE shipping promotion.
