How much will the shipping cost? | |||
Shipping & Handling is FREE on quiet a few items. Some products are not on sale and there might be shipping fee depending upon which item you buy. Shipping fee totally depends upon the weight of the product. | |||
How long will it take for you to receive your order ? | |||
2-5 business days depending upon your geographical location from our warehouses. We usually process the shipment same day if order is placed before 10:00 A.M eastern time. Orders placed after 10:00 A.M will be shipped same or next day. | |||
Do we ship internationally? | |||
Yes we do. We can now ship to any Country using our affiliate program at www.myus.com. You can sign up for their services and buy any products from us and they will be shipped to your doorstep. Visit their website for further information. | |||
What is our delivery process ? | |||
Your product will be mostly shipped by UPS OR FEDEX OR USPS. 2-5 business days depending upon your geographical location from our warehouses. Can I have my product shipped to me overnight? | |||
Yes we can overnight your shipment, In case of overnight shipment we will ONLY ship to billing address of your credit card. Please call to confirm if it is possible to your location. | |||

Do we ship to all states in the USA? | |||
We only ship to 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and other countries. |

But out of thousands of units sold every year, there maybe some instances that the product you received is damaged or defective. We have the following policy for such situations:-
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You will not pay a single cent.
Exchanges will only be made with the same model - if customer upgrades or downgrades to a different model, we'll treat it as a return and new order.
RETURNS
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19% will apply regardless if damaged / defective and original shipping fee will not be refunded. Usually there should be no reason for returns, if there is any problem with the product we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.
* Shipping for portable AC's is $69-$89 per unit depending upon which portable AC you buy and Shipping and handling for a mini split Ac is $160 - $450/per unit depening upon which package you buy. Shipping and handling for Air Coolers is $35/per unit. Shipping and Handling on fragrances is $5.99/per unit. This shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE shipping promotion.
